Thank you for giving some of your free time to help support Black Pine Animal Sanctuary and the residents who call Black Pine home. Our Fall Clean Up day is a day to prepare the grounds for the colder season. We will be doing final weed eating, mowing, and grounds keep to prepare for winter. Covering and storing anything that needs to be removed from the grounds, clean and prepare heated water buckets, pulling and washing summer buckets and store them, and winterizing any buildings that need to bed insolated before winter.
Please dress for the weather, we will work rain or shine. Lunch and waters will be provided( please sign up anyone joining you so I have a good head count when food gets ordered). We do waivers that will need to be sign as well for adults and minors. Minors are welcome, but please be mindful that we work around very dangerous animals. If a child is so young that they may be running around, climbing fences, yelling, or taking off on their own, then this may not be the place for them to help at. We have rules and guideline that we will go over upon arrival. This will be for your safety and the safety of the residents. There is NO smoking or vaping on the grounds, you may step out in the front or back parking lot to smoke and vape, but please do not throw your butts on the ground.
Lets bring our community together, have some fun, and winterize the grounds for the residents of Black Pine Animal Sanctuary!
